REWARDS TRUST ACCESSIBILITY
The ATP scheme is a way of recognising individuals who have achieved high levels of customer service, product knowledge and professionalism. It is an accolade that will become the benchmark for professionalism in the travel industry. For you the customer, when you purchase a holiday through an ATP accredited individual you know that you will be getting advice from someone who keeps themselves updated and fully trained on all aspects of this fascinating and dynamic industry. If you are looking for a holiday or business trip and want to ensure the very best service, why not use the "Find An ATP Agent" facility on the right. Trust ATP.
How did my travel agent become accredited?
Becoming an accredited travel agent is a two stage process, both designed to ensure that your travel agent is a true expert in their field. First they have to prove either suitable qualifications or have built up their expertise through practical experience. Then to ensure they maintain this standard we require them to undertake on-going training and development to ensure they stay abreast of the travel industry.
